Chains of Habit are too light to be felt, until they are too heavy to be broken-Warren Buffet
If there is one thing that is erecting a wall between you and your Success, that is your laziness to keep the pedals on. You have this aspiration to live the 3% life style, but you don’t have the Habit to put the Grind required.
Grind, what the motivational world calls, is the perseverance of an individual to keep his or habit going even amidst challenges and tribulations.
If you were to wake up at 3 am in the morning, to hit the practice session, then, Rain or Shine, you ought to hit the practice session. This what separates the Wheat from the Chaff, the Good from the Bad, the Champion from Mediocrity, a life full of substance from a life of bare existence.
You don’t need to have a rich dad or an advantageous family surname, or even a huge inheritance, yet still, you will be able to make it up to the top, if you kept on the Habit of grinding, come what may.
Remember, Hard work pays, being born with a gift of intelligence is fine, but there is nothing even remotely close to the Habit of putting in the work. For the world is filled with people of great talents and intelligence but few of them are successful. The reason, lack of continuing a Habit.
As George Foreman once said, every body wanted to be the World Heavy Weight Champion, but none had the desire to put in the work required to be the World Heavy Weight Champion of the World.
You can have everything and anything you want in life if you are willing to put in the work required. And the only way you will be able to do that would be to develop a strong Habit.
